Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer queries, requests, and concerns via Phone, Chat, or Email.

Deliver accurate, empathetic, and professional support to maintain customer satisfaction.

Troubleshoot issues, recommend products/services, and document account notes in the internal system.

Candidate Requirements & Experience

Experience Level: Open to ALL experience levels!

0 BPO Experience / Fresh Graduates welcome (complete paid training provided!)

Prior customer service or BPO experience is a plus for specialized/premium accounts.

Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduates, or College Level/Graduates.

Communication Skills: Good to excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Tech Literacy: Basic computer navigating skills and typing proficiency.

Flexibility: Willing to work in shifting schedules (including night shifts and weekends).
