Title: Customer Service Representative

location: cebu and taguig

Salary:

Php 22,000 starting (Salary will vary depending on candidate's profile)

Qualifications:

Must be willing to work onsite

Computer-literate with excellent communication skills

Completed at least 2 years in college / HS Grad with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience / completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course with ANY 1 year customer-interfacing work experience

Preferably with Banking account experience

Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Additional Information:

For Cebu applicants, candidates must visit the site to conduct their HRI.

For Taguig, the process is open for onsite and virtual interviews.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Navigate and utilize computer systems efficiently to access and input customer information.

Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer problems.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and response time.

Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.

Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.

Familiarity with banking processes and terminology is preferred.

Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule.
