As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing information about our products and services. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. This role requires a strong focus on customer service excellence, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of our software product at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers, guiding them through their options and helping them make informed decisions.
- Effectively communicate and solve problems of our customers..
- Participate in and offer support to Product and QA Teams.
- Author support articles on the knowledge base to better enable our customers to self-serve.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings, pricing, and policies to address customer queries effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing positive relationships with customers.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for timely resolution.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and comments for future reference and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
- Continuously update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and staying informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree holder in any related field.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- With excellent analytical and data manipulation skills (Excel, Google).
- Must be self-motivated, over-achiever who does whatever it takes to get the job done.
- Must be optimistic, resourceful, reliable, and friendly.
- Must enjoy working closely with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Must have the skill in effectively and efficiently troubleshoot technical bugs in software.
