QUALIFICATION:
- MUST HAVE 1 YR CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE FOR COLLEGE LEVEL MUST HAVE 2-3 YRS CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE FOR SHS/HS GRAD
- NO PENDING LOANS,
- NO EMPLOYMENT GAP
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires 100% phone-based customer interaction Proficiency with basic computer functions including mouse and keyboard usage,
- launching applications,
- conducting searches on the Internet,
- maneuvering in a Windows-based environment strongly preferred
- Willing to work on shifting schedule WORK ON SITE CSR-Cebu
