Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Entry-Level | Onsite
Location: IT Park, Cebu City, Cebu
Work Setup: Onsite | Graveyard Shift

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. This role is ideal for entry-level applicants, including those without prior BPO experience. Successful candidates will handle customer inquiries and provide accurate, timely support while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
- Resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Document interactions following company guidelines
- Meet established performance and quality standards
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate
- Open to candidates with or without BPO experience
- Good communication and comprehension skills (training provided)
- Willing to work onsite and on a graveyard shift
Compensation and Benefits:
- ₱15,000 – ₱22,000 basic salary, plus allowances and incentives (depending on account)
