Financial Account - Customer Service Representative

Position: Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Location: Building A, AyalaLand TechnoHub, Camp John Hay cor. Ordonio Drive, Baguio City 2600

Work Setup: Onsite

Salary Package: Up to ₱24,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)

Qualifications:

Any educational attainment (High School Graduate, Senior High School, College Level, College Graduate, etc.)
With or without BPO / call center experience
Fresh graduates and career shifters are strongly encouraged to apply!
Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service orientation, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle financial-related inquiries
Willing to work onsite in Baguio City
Amenable to shifting schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer inquiries, concerns, and transactions related to banking, credit cards, loans, accounts, payments, and other financial services
Provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Process account updates, payments, balance inquiries, and transaction history reviews
Document all interactions in the system while adhering to company policies, compliance, and data privacy standards
Upsell or cross-sell financial products and services when opportunities arise
Participate in paid training and continuous coaching to master account knowledge and tools
