Customer Service Representative- Online Streaming Account

High School graduate (Old/ New Curriculum)

Must have 1-year BPO experience with at least 6 months in an international voice account
Technical Support Agent – Consumer Electronics Account
-
High School graduate (Old/ New Curriculum) or at least 2 years in vocational/bachelor's degree
- At least 1 year of BPO experience in a voice account, of which 6 months are in a technical account.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Amenable to work rotating shifts (morning, mid, & night shifts)
- Work Arrangements: WORK FROM HOME with access to a quiet and secured room and at least 30 MBPS internet subscription, 15 mbps UL and DL speed)
