Job Title: Customer Service Representative – International Voice Account (BPO)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-site
Start Date: Immediate Hiring
Qualifications:
- Open to all educational backgrounds
- Must have at least 6 months BPO experience in a Pure International Voice Account
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work on-site
- Can start immediately
Compensation:
- Salary: To be discussed / subject to approval
- Candidates must prepare and provide a copy of their latest payslip for salary assessment and approval
Preferred Requirements:
Candidates with complete pre-employment documents are highly preferred:
- Proof of Education
- Proof of Employment
- NBI Clearance
- Government-issued numbers / IDs
Work Setup & Onboarding:
- Work Arrangement: On-site
- Onboarding / Induction Schedule: Every Friday and Monday
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Deliver excellent customer service through voice support
- Maintain professionalism and communication standards
- Follow company processes and compliance requirements
- Achieve performance and quality targets
