Job Description
- Provides introductory information to new customers
- Troubleshoots common issues with a product or service
- Builds and maintains excellent customer service and identifies when technical support can be supported via phone.
- Serving as the support contact for customers – regularly connecting via phone, email, and remote sessions
- Helps customers maximize their use of our products/service by overcoming any challenges throughout implementation and general use.
- Analyze complex issues by reviewing product-specific logs and utilizing root-cause analysis skills
- Oversees interdepartmental collaboration to help ensure prompt delivery of customer requests
- Contributes to public-facing articles based on found issues in our software.
- Permanent Work from Home Set-up*(terms and conditions apply).
- HMO and Life insurance coverage on the first day of work.
- Amenable to work on AM Shift (6 am to 3 pm).
