WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES IN CYBERPARK TOWER 1, QUEZON CITY
Job Description:
CSR is primarily responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements. This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
Qualifications:
- CSRs with at least 1 year hardcore selling or upselling sales background
- Excellent communication skills
- Graduate
- Willing to work onsite at Cyberpark Tower 1, Quezon City
