We are currently expanding our operations and actively hiring Customer Service Representatives and Technical Support Associates across multiple sites nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to build a rewarding career in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry while supporting globally recognized brands in the Telecommunications, Financial Services, Travel, and Technical Support sectors.
We welcome applications from High School and Senior High School graduates with at least 3–6 months of call center experience. Selected accounts may also consider candidates with no prior BPO experience. Applicants with backgrounds in Telecommunications, Travel, Financial Services, or Technical Support are highly encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Candidates must be willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
