Concentrix Cubao is looking for *Customer Service Representatives* to deliver world-class support to top global brands. If you love helping people and want real career growth, this is for you.
*Your Role:*
- Take inbound calls/chats/emails from US, UK, or AU customers
- Resolve billing, tech, or product concerns with empathy + accuracy
- Document all interactions in CRM tools like Salesforce
- Meet CSAT & resolution goals — quality over speed
- Be the voice that turns a bad day into a good one
*What We’re Looking For:*
- *At least HS Grad / SHS Graduate* — fresh grads welcome
- *Good to excellent English communication skills*
- *Computer literate* + typing speed of 30 WPM preferred
- *Amenable to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City*
- *Open to shifting schedules & night shift* for international accounts
*Nice to Have:*
- 6+ months BPO/call center experience
- Tech support or telco background
- Experience with Zendesk, Genesys, or similar tools

- *₱20,000 – ₱27,000/month* basic salary + 20% night differential
