Location: Pasig, Taguig,, Quezon City, Alabang, Cebu, Iloilo,Pampanga, Davao,Alphaland,Baguio, Sucat,CDO, Bacolod, Pasay, Laguna, San Lazaro Manila

Work Setup: Onsite

Experience: At least 6 months of call center / BPO experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner .
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
