Key Account Manager – Corporate Retail, Airline, Telco & Healthcare Clients
Job Description:
Serve as the primary point of contact for key corporate customers.
Drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Build long-term partnerships with clients in Retail, Airline, Telecom, and Healthcare sectors.
Analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions.
Lead account planning, contract renewals, and business reviews.
Maintain high customer retention and satisfaction levels.
Support strategic business development initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Strong background in account management or business development.
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
