Customer Service Representative | Night Shift | Hybrid WFH | Jobs in Manila
Accountabilities:
- A good command of interpreting written English language.
- Ability to work well on own initiative and able to remain focused.
- Good organizational and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a demonstrable ability to summarize information quickly and accurately.
- Confidence in asking questions and seeking validation.
- Ability to provide customer support through email, chat or phone calls.
- Ability to support any volume-based customer facing or back-office requirement as needed by the business.
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications)
- Ability to work with deadlines.
- Has great attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
- At least 1-2 years BPO/shared service or relevant experience.
- Fresh graduates can be accommodated depending on communication skills and behavioral aspect.
- Flexible and can adapt to different business requirements.
