About Us:
We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team in Cagayan De Oro as Customer Service Representatives.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through various channels, ensuring a positive customer experience. Successful candidates will be required to navigate multiple computer systems, demonstrate above-average English communication skills, and maintain a typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate and timely information.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving problems promptly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum).
- Above-average English communication skills.
- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems.
- Typing speed of 25 - 30 WPM.
Work Set-Up:
- Work on-site at our Cagayan De Oro location.
