Employment Type: Project-Based (4 Months)
Compensation:
- Monthly Salary: ₱22,000 (all-in package)
- Completion Bonus: ₱25,000 upon successful completion of the 4-month project

Job Summary
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading online video-sharing platform. The role involves reviewing customer concerns, providing support through established channels, and helping maintain a safe and positive user experience. Successful candidates must possess strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Review and assess user-reported content according to platform policies and guidelines.
- Support content moderation and trust & safety operations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain high-quality standards, productivity, and accuracy.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed at least two (2) years of college education (diploma not required).
- Minimum of six (6) months of call center or customer service experience.
- Must be able to pass the Versant English Assessment at C1 proficiency level.
- Must not have worked on an online search engine account (e.g., Google Search-related projects) within the last three (3) months.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willing to work on a project-based contract for four (4) months.
- Amenable to work on-site in Vertis North, Quezon City.
