Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our Travel Account team. In this role, you will assist customers with travel-related inquiries, provide timely resolutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 6 months of Call Center experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
