A Customer Service Representative in a Travel and Cruise Account is responsible for providing excellent customer support to individuals planning or currently experiencing travel and cruise arrangements. Key responsibilities include:
1. **Reservation Assistance:** Assisting customers in making travel and cruise reservations, including providing information on available options, pricing, and promotions.
2. **Itinerary Guidance:** Helping customers plan and organize their travel itineraries, suggesting activities, and providing information on destinations and cruise routes.
3. **Booking Modifications:** Managing changes to existing reservations, such as altering travel dates, upgrading accommodations, or making other adjustments based on customer requests.
4. **Payment Processing:** Handling customer payments, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and secure financial transactions related to travel and cruise bookings.
5. **Travel Documentation Support:** Assisting customers with visa requirements, travel insurance, and other necessary documentation, ensuring they are well-prepared for their trips.
Qualifications
Open to all education level
Experience 1 and up (with 3 months BPO international experience)
Proven work experience as a Travel Agent
Fluency in English is a plus
Willing to work on site
Salary: 15k - 19k plus 30k Signing Bonus
