HIRING: Customer Success Manager (Japanese)
Work Setup: Work From Home
Salary Package: ₱145,000 – ₱150,000
Accepted Locations: Philippines, Japan, India, and Malaysia
Language Requirements:

Japanese: JLPT N1 (Required – reject if not at least N1)

English: B2 level proficiency
Minimum Skill Requirements:
-
1–2 years experience in B2B or Account Management (Mandatory – reject if not present)
-
Background in Customer Success, Consulting, or SaaS Account Management
-
Preferably experienced in multi-channel support (phone, chat, email, web, etc.)
-
Ability to manage own accounts via video conferencing and email
-
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Drive customer adoption of new product features and solutions to help clients achieve business goals
-
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and customer success reviews
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and Engineering) to address client needs
-
Identify churn or downsell risks and proactively resolve issues to maintain high retention
-
Conduct quarterly and annual success reviews to ensure customers gain maximum value from the platform
-
Develop tailored customer success plans aligned with client goals
-
Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
-
At least 1 year enterprise-level Customer Success / Account Management / Consulting experience in a SaaS or B2B environment

Proven ability to lead client meetings, quarterly business reviews, and success discussions

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
-
Excellent Japanese (N1) and English (B2) communication skills – written and spoken
-
Skilled in strategic planning, relationship management, and project coordination
-
Must demonstrate strong client empathy, ownership, and results orientation
