We are hiring an experienced leader to oversee end-to-end service delivery for Canadian Wealth Management operations. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, business growth, financial performance, process improvement, and team leadership within a BPO/consulting environment.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Bachelor's degree (postgraduate qualification/certification is an advantage)
- 12+ years of BPO, consulting delivery, or operations leadership experience
- Strong Canadian Wealth Management background (investment operations, portfolio administration, client servicing, regulatory reporting)
- Solid knowledge of Canadian financial regulations, wealth platforms, and market practices
- Experience managing North American clients in a multi-geography delivery model
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead service delivery and operational performance
- Manage client relationships and business growth
- Own P&L, financial planning, and profitability
- Drive process improvement, automation, and innovation
- Develop and mentor leaders and teams
- Ensure compliance, governance, risk management, and data privacy
