Location: Alabang
Work Schedule: 3 days/week onsite, mid-shift
Experience: 5+ years
We are seeking a skilled Back-end L3 Support professional to join our team. As a crucial member, you will manage the exchange of data between servers and users, focusing on supporting server-side logic, maintaining the central database, and ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Integration of front-end elements and a fundamental understanding of front-end technologies are essential aspects of this role.
Responsibilities:
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end support with server-side logic.
- Develop reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security measures and data protection.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
Qualifications:
- Openness to reporting onsite in Alabang at least 3x a week.
- 5+ years in Level 3 backend application support, preferably in eCommerce or IT.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Java, MySQL, SQL.
- Knowledgeable in eCommerce platforms, preferably IBM WebSphere.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with the design and implementation of APIs.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git.
- Knowledge of code management tools, such as Git.
- Understanding of code deployment tools, including Jenkins.
- Track record of successfully managing multiple company or customer websites.
- Excellent time-management and communication skills.
