Job Title: EUC Lead

Work Location: BGC Taguig or Makati

Shift: Night Shift/ Shifting - This role requires flexibility

Work Set-up: RTWO/ Hybrid

Desired Experience: 10-15 years

Salary range: 130K to 250K

Headcount: 1

MUST HAVE:

(1) Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals and expectations.

(2) Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor-provided End-User Computing (EUC) solutions, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

(3) Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate vendor deliverables, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

(4) Policy and Compliance Oversight: Ensure vendors comply with established EUC policies, governance frameworks, and industry standards.

(5) Contract Management: Oversee vendor contracts, ensuring all in-scope activities are performed promptly.

(6) Incident Management: Coordinate with vendors to address and resolve EUC-related incidents promptly, minimizing impact on business operations.

(7) Cost Optimization: Monitor and manage vendor costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising service quality.

(8) Technology Alignment: Ensure vendor-provided EUC solutions align with the organization’s technology roadmap and strategic objectives.

(9) Training and Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge transfer and training sessions with vendors to enhance internal team capabilities and understanding of EUC solutions.

(10) Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with vendors to identify and implement improvements in EUC processes, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.

(11) Strong knowledge of SCCM and InTune tools.

Required skill:

• Vendor Management

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Ability to manage multiple projects and effective time management for self and resources

• Ability to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders and client

• Reporting on project from schedule, scope, cost, risk and issues

• Work closely with BAU team and the Service Delivery Manager on all projects and associated BAU activities

• Work under the guidelines of the service Delivery manager on all aspects of the agreed project deliverables

• Flexible work ethics including working in non-business hours and weekends for critical situations.

• Willing to take additional responsibilities or act as a backup for any other team member within the team

Others:

• Should be amenable to working in Taguig or Makati

• Must not be a job hopper who only works for less than a year percompany
