Job Description:

We are looking for motivated CSRs with at least 1 year BPO voice experience and 2 years completed in college to join our Retail Voice account in Iloilo.

Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound calls and assist retail customers

- Resolve concerns and provide accurate information

- Deliver high-quality customer service experience

- Meet productivity and quality metrics

- Adhere to processes and compliance standards

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years completed in college (72 units) - Required

- At least 1 year BPO Voice experience - Required

- High School / SHS grads not qualified for this specific account

- Good English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Iloilo City

- Available to start immediately
