2 Positions -(Assistant Manager / TL ) 1 for Iloilo location and 1 for Manila - Salary 38 - 40K Looking for Female Operations Manager
Location: Manila - Candidate should be based in MOA/Manila
Salary: - 42- 43K
Candidate should be based in MOA ( Work from home currently )
Experience: - Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Operations only from BPO Background
The specific duties of an Operations Manager include;
- Formulating strategy, improving performance.
- Procuring material and resources and securing compliance.
- You should be ready to mentor your team members
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.
