Job Description – Financial Account (Customer Service Representative)
Company: HGS
Position: Financial Account – Customer Service Representative
Location: Onsite
Qualifications:
At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year international BPO voice experience OR
Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months international BPO voice experience
Excellent English communication skills
Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
Customer-oriented and able to handle financial account concerns professionally
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts
Assist clients with billing, transactions, account information, and general concerns
Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
Maintain professionalism during customer interactions
Follow company policies and data security guidelines
