Financial Account Customer Service Representative

Salary Package: TBD

Work Setup: Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries related to financial accounts through phone, chat, or email.

Provide accurate information regarding account concerns, transactions, billing, and services.

Assist customers with troubleshooting basic technical concerns related to financial platforms or services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Document customer interactions and ensure proper account handling.

Follow company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy procedures.

Qualifications

At least High School Graduate.

Must have at least 6 months BPO experience in a Tech or Telco account.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Basic computer navigation skills.

Can work in a fast-paced environment.
