Job Title: Global Sourcing Senior Analyst – Procurement Practice

Work Location: Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2, Mandaluyong City

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Rest Days: Weekends Off

Overview:

We are seeking a Global Sourcing Senior Analyst – Procurement Practice to join our procurement delivery team. The role involves leading sourcing initiatives, engaging with global stakeholders, conducting supplier performance analysis, and supporting strategic procurement goals across international markets. This role is ideal for procurement professionals with experience in U.S. or global markets who are detail-oriented and driven to deliver measurable results.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

Must be a college degree holder

Minimum of 2 years of experience in:
- Global sourcing
- Contract and category management
- Supplier management
- Supply chain consulting or related industry roles

Must have experience working with U.S. or international clients

(Applicants without international experience will be disqualified)

Should have a stable work history (no job-hopping)

Not a current or former employee of the client

No active or pending application with the client

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support RFIs/RFPs for low to medium complexity sourcing exercises

Conduct market research and assist in supplier identification for strategic sourcing projects

Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers to align delivery with procurement goals

Analyze supplier performance and identify opportunities for improvement through KPI reporting

Execute total cost of ownership (TCO) analysis to drive cost optimization

Prepare monthly reports and executive-level presentations

Support sales and business development functions, spend analysis, and category planning

Maintain effective communication across functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure continuous performance and innovation

Contribute to contract negotiations and strategic sourcing execution

Partner with global, regional, and market unit leads to ensure category priorities are aligned and capacity is effectively managed

Work with CS&S P+ Global Capabilities Functional Leads (e.g., SI&S, Risk, ET) to incorporate compliance and risk standards into sourcing delivery

Act as a team player, capable of working in a multi-level global matrix organization
