*About the Company:*

EXL Cebu is urgently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Life Insurance / Healthcare Account. We offer an excellent compensation package for SHS graduates, Nursing graduates, and Medical Allied backgrounds.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for CSRs to provide support for our Life Insurance / Healthcare account in Cebu City. This is a stable account with clear career growth and promotion opportunities.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide support for life insurance / healthcare account

- Handle customer inquiries professionally

- Assist with insurance and healthcare-related concerns

- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high CSAT

*Qualifications:*

*A. Non-Nursing - Up to PHP 23K:*

- SHS graduate or completed 2 years in college / 72 units

- At least 1 year BPO voice experience required

*B. Nursing - Up to PHP 34K:*

- BS Nursing - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- With or without BPO experience, fresh graduates are welcome

*C. Medical Allied - Competitive Package:*

- Any Medical Allied course - at least 3rd year undergrad or graduate

- At least 6 months BPO voice experience required

*General Requirements:*

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Cebu City - 100% WFO

- Amenable to shifting schedule

- Can start ASAP

*Compensation and Benefits:*

- Up to PHP 23K package (Non-Nursing) / Up to PHP 34K package (Nursing Grads)
