Be part of Sagility Bohol! We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account. Open to Fresh Graduates - No BPO experience needed!

Responsibilities:

- Handle healthcare-related customer concerns with professionalism and empathy

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction

- Utilize MS Office tools to assist customers efficiently

Qualifications:

- Open to Fresh Graduates / No experience required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer service oriented and analytical

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet navigation

- Willing to work onsite in Bohol on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
