Overview:
Teleperformance, the world's largest CX company, is urgently hiring for our Healthcare Account at EDSA Greenfield! Earn up to 31K and start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Handle healthcare-related inquiries professionally
- Provide accurate info and quality customer service
- Assist with benefits, claims, and account issues
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
Qualifications:
- HS / SHS Graduate
- At least 6 months CCE / BPO experience required
- Good English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in EDSA Greenfield
- Amenable to shifting schedule, can start ASAP
