Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a health/clinical related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, such as Utilization Management Intake, Representative, Health Insurance Claims Processor, or Health Outreach Specialist.
- Exceptional listening skills, allowing you to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians/providers, their staff, and patients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and work productivity/support tools.
- Strong data entry and computer skills, with the ability to navigate multiple programs/systems and quickly adapt to new software.
- Successful completion of the Quality Documentation Specialist Program, meeting post-training knowledge assessment scores and competencies.
- A demonstrated track record of providing top-notch customer service, prioritizing customer needs, and being action-oriented and responsive.
