Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Healthcare Provider account. In this role, you will support healthcare providers by handling inquiries, resolving account concerns, and delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to healthcare provider inquiries professionally and accurately.
Assist with account-related concerns and service requests.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction.
Qualifications
Atleast High School or Senior High School Graduate.
B2 CEFR English proficiency.
BAA score of 32.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
