HGS QC Jobs - Voice Account - Onsite - Virtual Interview

Location: Bridgertowne, Quezon City - 100% Onsite - Shifting Schedule
Accounts: Premium Audio Equipment / TV / Financial Accounts
Process: Virtual Interview Available
Work Setup: Full-Time Onsite - Multiple Vacancies
HGS Bridgertowne is urgently hiring for Audio Equipment, TV, and Financial voice accounts.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via voice support for assigned account
Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns efficiently
Assist with billing, technical support, and account-related inquiries
Document customer interactions accurately and meet quality targets
Qualifications:
At least 6 months BPO international voice experience required
Good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to work 100% onsite in Bridgertowne, QC
Amenable to shifting schedule including night shift, weekends, and holidays
Can start ASAP
