We are looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Online Video Sharing platform. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a high-profile account in a vibrant, onsite environment.
Key Qualifications:
* Education: Completed at least 2 years of college (no back subjects).
* Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
* Logistics: Must be willing to work onsite at Vertis North on a shifting schedule.
* Eligibility Note: Applicants must not have been connected with our Online Search Engine account within the last 3 months.
