Who you are:
A confident multi tasker, preferably experienced handling concurrent live chats
A good communicator, both written and verbal
What you need:
Experience working with English speaking customers in a fast-paced call centre/BPO environment
Experience dealing with financial accounts would be welcomed
Experience dealing with customers experiencing financial difficulty in a customer service environment would be welcomed.
