Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers by providing timely resolutions to their queries.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and deliver products that meet their needs and expectations
- Provide recommendations on products and services that best accommodate the customer
Qualifications & experience
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 2 years Customer Service experience in a BPO/Contact Center set up
- 2 years sales experience in a BPO/Contact Center set up
- Live Chat Experience
- Residing in Makati or nearby areas
