Responsibilities:
- Handling insurance accounts for clients
- Providing customer service and support related to insurance policies and claims
- Assisting clients with inquiries, claims processing, and policy changes
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with team members to ensure excellent service delivery
- Adhering to industry regulations and compliance standards

Qualifications:
- High school graduate to college graduate
- Minimum of 1 year BPO experience
- Possession of FINRA License 6 26
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
₱45,000 package (depending on account and experience) + ₱100k Sign On Bonus

Note: Only candidates with the required qualifications and experience will be considered for this role. The Insurance Account Specialist plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to clients in managing their insurance needs.
