We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for our Telecommunications Account. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and interested in building a stable and rewarding career in the BPO industry.
Position: Customer Service Representative – Telco Account
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Philippines
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering exceptional service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer concerns related to billing, mobile services, technical support, and account management
• Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately within company systems
• Maintain professionalism and empathy during all customer engagements
• Meet operational goals including customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality metrics
• Follow company procedures, compliance standards, and data privacy policies
Qualifications:
• At least Senior High School Graduate or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• Excellent English communication skills
• Basic computer navigation and multitasking skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
