Primary Details
Location: Eastwood, Quezon City
Salary: ₱112,000 – ₱140,000/month (₱100,000 – ₱130,000 Base Salary)
Work Setup: Hybrid (Subject to Business Requirements)
Shift: Flexible | Must be willing to work in a 24/7 environment
Start Date: ASAP

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead Service Desk transformation initiatives from assessment to implementation.
Design innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Drive automation initiatives across Service Desk operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams.
Apply AI technologies including GenAI, ML, and NLP to enhance service delivery.
Support solution design, consulting engagements, and presales activities.
Present transformation strategies to stakeholders and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree (Preferably IT or related discipline)
6–8+ years of experience in IT Service Desk
Proven experience in Service Desk Transformation & Solution Design
Consulting experience is mandatory
Strong Automation implementation experience
Exposure to:
Generative AI (GenAI)
Machine Learning (ML)
Natural Language Processing (NLP)
AI Frameworks (Preferred)
Presales / Solutioning experience (Good to Have)
Prior BPO industry experience (Mandatory)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
