Hiring: HR Payroll Team Lead / HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist (CL9)

Location: Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Shifting (including Night Shift)
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and within timelines.
Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with payroll policies and government regulations.
Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational excellence.
Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related concerns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Support payroll audits, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure timely completion of payroll activities while maintaining data accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Minimum 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
Strong working experience with SAP Payroll.
Excellent knowledge of payroll processing, salary computation, tax calculations, and statutory benefits.
Strong understanding of payroll compliance, including BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.
Experience handling payroll controls, audits, reconciliations, and payroll timelines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work full-time onsite in BGC, Taguig on a shifting schedule.
