Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll Team Lead to manage end-to-end payroll operations and lead a payroll team in delivering accurate and timely payroll services. The ideal candidate has strong experience in payroll processing, payroll compliance, SAP Payroll, and team leadership within a shared services or corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
Review payroll calculations, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
Ensure compliance with Philippine payroll laws and government regulations.
Lead, coach, and support the payroll team to achieve operational goals.
Resolve payroll-related issues and employee inquiries.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Perform payroll audits and ensure payroll controls are followed.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders on payroll activities.
Monitor payroll timelines and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Prepare payroll reports and support process improvements.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
At least 3 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience in payroll.
Hands-on experience using SAP Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Philippine payroll regulations, taxes, and statutory contributions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig on a day shift schedule.
Preferred
Experience in Shared Services or BPO.
Experience handling payroll audits and compliance.
Process improvement or payroll project experience.
