About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR ServiceNow Application Specialist to join our team and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

In this role, you will collaborate with product teams, stakeholders, and end users to deliver scalable solutions, improve platform adoption, and drive continuous improvements across HR service delivery processes. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, automation, integrations, testing, and platform governance.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, develop, and support HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

- Design and implement workflows using Flow Designer and other ServiceNow capabilities.

- Develop, deploy, and maintain Service Catalog solutions and platform enhancements.

- Support API integrations, testing, deployment activities, and platform optimization initiatives.

- Build and maintain automated testing solutions using Automated Test Framework (ATF).

- Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) processes and best practices.

- Work with Azure DevOps to manage stories, features, enhancements, and development activities.

- Communicate platform updates, new capabilities, and process improvements to business users and stakeholders.

- Establish and maintain technical standards, documentation, and governance practices.

- Collaborate with multiple product and engineering teams to align technical solutions with business and architectural objectives.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise HR technology solutions.

Qualifications

Required

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) processes.

- Hands-on experience with:

- Flow Designer

- Automated Test Framework (ATF)

- Service Catalog Development and Deployment

- API Testing

- System Integrations

- CI/CD Processes

- Azure Fundamentals

- Azure DevOps

- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Preferred

- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM and CMDB.

- Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

- Experience driving platform adoption and process improvements.
