We're Hiring: HR Technology Business Analyst

Location: Edsa Greenfield / Work from Home / GY

Salary: PHP 35,000 – 40,000

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

•Build, process, and support Workday EIBs.

•Collaborate with HR and operations to gather requirements and assess HR tool needs.

•Support implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of HR systems for optimal performance.

•Troubleshoot and escalate HR tool issues as necessary.

•Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.

•Partner with leadership and development teams to share insights and resolve tool-related challenges.

•Analyze HR processes impacted by technology and document workflows for continuous improvement.

•Develop training materials and deliver user-focused sessions to boost adoption.

Required Qualifications:

•2+ years hands-on experience with Workday EIB.

•2+ years experience with HR systems and tools.

•Familiarity with software development and QA testing concepts.

•Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.

•Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Attributes:

•Experience in HR Technology or IT in a BPO/service-driven environment.

•Passion for continuous learning and user-centered design.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global organization.
