Non-Negotiable:
• 3–5 years of experience working with Infor IDM in implementation, support, or consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of Infor OS platform and its integration with IDM.
• Hands-on experience in:
- Designing and managing document templates and workflows
- Metadata management and security setup
- Integration with Infor ERP systems (M3, CloudSuite, LN, etc.)
• Must not be a present or former employee of CGI
• Must also not a job hopper who only works for less than a year per company
Position Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor IDM (Infor Document Management) Consultant to join our consulting team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Infor IDM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with Infor CloudSuite / Infor M3 and other enterprise applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
As an Infor IDM Consultant, you will:
• Design, configure, and implement Infor IDM solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop and maintain document workflows, templates, and metadata structures.
• Ensure smooth integration of IDM with Infor M3, CloudSuite, and related ERP modules.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for IDM solutions.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver end-to-end ERP/document management solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing guides.
• Support clients in migration, upgrades, and enhancements of IDM solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IDM issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Must be amenable to working onsite 2-3 days in McKinley, Taguig on a mid-shift schedule, with a possibility of on-call support after office hours.
