WE’RE HIRING | INSURANCE ACCOUNT – CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Day shift
Basic Salary
PHP 18,000 – PHP 21,000
Qualifications
Completed at least 2 years in college, OR
K–12 / Senior High School Graduate with at least 1 year BPO experience
With good communication skills
Willing to work onsite
Able to work on a day shift schedule
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries related to insurance policies
Assist clients with policy information, billing concerns, claims follow-ups, and account updates
Provide accurate and timely information while ensuring customer satisfaction
Properly document customer interactions in the system
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
Maintain compliance with company policies and insurance regulations
