Role Overview:

As an Insurance Services Advisor, you will provide personalized support to clients, helping them understand their policies and resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Address customer inquiries related to insurance policies

Assist in resolving claims and other insurance-related concerns

Maintain records of customer interactions

Salary: PHP 19,200–31,700 based on experience

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of BPO experience

2 years completed in college (no backlogs)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
