We are currently hiring for an International Voice Account and looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about customer service and communication excellence.

POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – INTERNATIONAL VOICE ACCOUNT

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle international customer interactions, provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and deliver exceptional customer experience through voice support.

Successful candidates should possess strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Open to all educational backgrounds

• Must have at least 6 months BPO experience in a Pure International Voice Account

• Excellent English communication skills required

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work onsite

• Can start immediately

Preferred but not required:

Complete pre-employment documents

Proof of employment

NBI Clearance

Government identification numbers/documents
