Role Overview
We are expanding our global operations team and looking for dynamic, highly articulate communication professionals to support our Pure International Voice Account. This role is built for fast-paced individuals who are ready to hit the ground running. With onboarding sessions running every Monday and Friday, you can expect a rapid, streamlined hiring-to-induction pipeline.
Key Candidate Requirements
Education: Open to all education levels (High School Graduates, K-12 Graduates, College Undergraduates, and Bachelors Degree holders are all welcome to apply).
Experience: Minimum of 6 months of solid BPO experience handling an international voice profile.
Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills, with sharp active listening abilities and a neutral accent.
Availability: Must be willing to start immediately and flexible to work shifting schedules (including night shifts and weekends).
Core Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries seamlessly over the phone, maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product/service information, and drive first-contact resolution (FCR).
Meet daily operational targets including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, quality assurance (QA) standards, and average handling time (AHT).
Document all customer interactions efficiently in the CRM database during and after calls.
