IT Service Desk
Work Setup: Onsite in Pampanga or BGC Taguig
Work Schedule: Shifting (Day or Night shifts)
Budget: Up to ₱45,000
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide first and second-line investigation and diagnosis.
- Resolve and close incidents/service requests following Service Desk procedures and timelines.
- Escalate unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales.
- Log all incident/service request details according to procedures.
- Maintain clear communication with clients regarding incident progress.
- Ensure tickets are updated regularly until resolution.
- Manage, prioritize, and document incoming support requests (phone, email, chat, or in-person).
- Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure necessary software to meet end-user needs.
- Escalate serious issues to relevant teams.
- Ensure optimal network performance.
- Perform system updates, maintenance, and tests to prevent service interruptions.
- Monitor and report on Service Desk tickets.
